How to post proposal

I worked on a short spreadsheet and wrote a proposal my project. I was advised to shorten the proposal. In doing so, down to two pages, I discovered needing other things. I'd like to post my proposal but not finalized so that I can receive comments on corrections. After which, I will make it public. I've been all over RocketHub's site and have a hard time understand where to go. Any comment deeply appreciated.

From there all you need to do is click on the red button.

Vlad, I was told by Brian that I could enter my proposal for review but make sure I don't submit as yet. This pleased me because the proposal was difficult to for me to put together and I'm concerned it's not quite right yet. I was looking forward to getting advise.

Should I continue with what you advised in this email?

Okay, I'm a dummy. Facebook has alway given me the heebeegeegies. I still would like to know if RockHub has reviewed my proposal. If you need another copy please advise. The topic of your reply is "How to post a Proposal" however, I cannot find where to do so.

Vero,

RocketHub.org (where you are right now)...is the educational site.

RocketHub.com is where you create and launch your site.

You have to sign up at BOTH sites. Signing up at just .org, doesn't sign you up for .com

Once you sign up at .com, you can go to work designing your project at: Launch a Project.
